Short term rehabilitation and subacute services are offered in our new state-of-the-art rehabilitation center featuring a separate entrance. Recognized for excellent quality measures, Lincoln Park's physical, occupational and speech therapists offer residents advanced rehabilitation when recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Therapy is available up to 7 days-a-week as prescribed by the physician. The goal of short term rehabilitation and subacute care is to maximize the patient's functioning, fostering independence and mobility.
